PHUL Scholarship Goals The PHUL Scholarship helps to retain young talent in the Greater Pittsburgh area as well as affording deserving individuals a lower financial barrier to higher education. The purpose of this site is to aid in building the endowment that funds the PHUL Scholarship, as well as to provide information for potential awardees. Overall goal by 2015: $100,000 2005 "Kick-off" goal: $25,000 Results: As of the end of 2005, we have raised $20,521 towards the PHUL Scholarship Endowment.
